At Beiersdorf, I used to dive deep into the world of Nivea Men products, focusing on bringing fresh, innovative ideas to life for our consumers.
Now, as an Innovation Manager, I lead digital transformation within the company and in how we engage with consumers, helping shape the future of both our products and our customer interactions.
I’m also big on mentoring, I love guiding new team members and interns, helping them grow in a collaborative environment.
As a co-founder of our intrapreneurship program, I’m all about fostering an entrepreneurial spirit, pushing my colleagues to quickly prototype and refine new concepts.
Outside of my corporate role, I co-manage several small businesses in Asia, and watching them grow is something I’m incredibly proud of.
